The American Cancer Society's website provides information on symptoms, research, diagnosis and treatment of cancer that can be filtered by the specific type.  This website also has a very helpful online tool that locates cancer support groups in your area.  


The AARP Foundation created this website to provide a network of resources that provide information and opportunities to anyone who is isolated or lonely to help them develop social connections and solutions.

National Council on Aging resource for self-management and education of chronic diseases. 
The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics is the world's largest organization of food and nutrition professionals.  This resource contains articles and recipes for kids, women, men and seniors.  Their online referral service allows you to search a national database of Academy members to find a registered dietitian nutritionist or food and nutrition practitioner.

The National Institute on Aging's exercise and physical activity campaign designed to help you fit exercise and physical activity into daily life and provides free exercises by category and videos.
